I also use phentermine, and I've been using it for about 9 months. It's a great appetite suppressant, however with long term use, your body gets used to it. In the beginning it worked wonders, I was surviving off of energy drinks for like 2 weeks! And not one time was I hungry. Now it just keeps me awake. I went from 2 pills a day to 1/2 a pill a day. The best suggestion that I have is to eat right and exercise. I know it's the same story from the 1920's but its the truth! If you just take one step at a time, you'll see more results. Remember the weight did not introduce itself to your body overnight, so it's not going to leave overnight. Once your mind is made up and you're determined to lose the weight, you'll lose it and you'll lose it the right way because that way it'll stay off. Think of it as a life style change and you'll have better results.
